Let’s talk about logging in as an existing online banking user with our new Blue Digital app.

Once you have the Blue Digital app downloaded, go ahead and tap on it.

Once the app opens up, tap on I have a login.

Tap on Forgot credentials, Tap on I’ve forgotten my password.

Type in your current online banking username and then tap Continue.

You’ll receive a one time password to your e-mail.

Type in that password into the password field, then tap submit.

Create a new password, then tap Confirm, and then your password is updated.

Then you just simply log in with your new credentials and you’re in blue digital.
