OK, so you’re ready to log in.

If you’re an existing online banking user using our legacy online banking, you would simply come to the login screen you’re going to left click the that’s pointing down next to Having problems?

Click Forgot password, enter your username.

Click submit.

You will receive an e-mail with further instructions on how to reset your password.

Once you click the link that came to your e-mail, you’ll come to this screen.

Create a new password, confirm your password and click submit.

When logging into Blue Digital for the first time, click on the drop-down arrow that says, “Having Problems?“
Select “Forgot Password” from the drop-down options.
You will be asked to provide your Blue Digital username. This username will be the same as the one you used to login to the older online banking platform.
After submitting your username, we will send you instructions on how to create a new password to the email address you have on file with us.
